The proposals must be mailed to or deposited with the City Administrator and shall be sealed and endorsed “Proposal for Highway Construction Project No. 143”.

The contractor shall include a copy of his license or renewal thereof enclosed in the required bid bond envelope as required pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended.

Miscellaneous:
|
Work shall consist of approximately 49,000 CY of Unclassified Excavation, 16,000 CY of Blended Base, 18,000 LF of Standard Curb and Gutter, 32,000 SY of 8” PCC Pavement, 11,000 SY of 4” Concrete, 6,400 LF of Storm Sewer Pipe, 5,000 LF of Watermain, and related items.
Substantial completion date: 10/31/23
Final completion date: 8/18/24
