The City of Bismarck (CITY) seeks specific proposals from interested construction management companies (COMPANY) that can provide comprehensive construction management at risk services for the construction of an expansion of the Bismarck Event Center. COMPANY's responding to this request must submit their written proposal in accordance with the specifications obtained by contacting
