The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) requires REAL ESTATE SERVICES FOR ACQUISITION OF APPROXIMATELY 29 ACRES FARGO, ND; which includes; Title Search and Closing Services and an ALTA Survey.



Please review the attached Statement of Work and its attachment and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for submission requirements. All quotes are due to kristin.oneil@gsa.gov and clarence.pittman@gsa.gov by 3:00 PM (eastern) July 18, 2023





Award will Firm Fixed Price and will be made in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.
