The 119th WG North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG) is seeking contractors interested in providing subsistence over scheduled UTA’s at the Fargo ND Air National Guard Base.

The interested vendors/distributors shall be capable of acquiring, storing, and delivering the following categories of items: chilled products; frozen fish; meat; poultry; semi-perishable food items (e.g. canned foods, condiments, sauces, spices, seasonings, fats, oils, confectionery, nuts, sugars); frozen foods, (e.g. fruit, vegetables, prepared foods other than fish, meat, and poultry); fresh fruits and vegetables; cereals (hot and cold); eggs; dairy and ice cream products; beverage and juices; bakery products. The driver will unload the truck and put food items in designated areas (frozen items in freezer, dry good in dry storage, and refrigerated items in refrigerator).

The 119th WG is looking for one vendor / distributor to supply all items requested with one task order per month. Please see the attach product listing for the common products that are required.

All subsistence items, including the accruing, storing, and delivering, shall meeting health / sanitation standards required by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Department of Health, and Air Force Regulations. A requirement / regulation / statue that is more stringent than another is superseding.

This Sources Sought notice is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, Market Research. Its sole purpose is to provide information for planning and market research purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or obligation on the part of the 119th WG. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help the 119th WG understand industry best practices, technical solutions, and sources capable of meeting the requirements detailed by this solicitation. The 119th WG welcomes responses from all interested parties; however, no decision or award of contract will be made on the basis of responses from industry. The 119th WG will not pay for the preparation of, nor the subsequent use of, information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. Respondents will not be notified of the outcome of the 119th WG's review of the information received. Additionally, the 119th WG does not intend to hold discussions concerning this with any interested parties, but reserves the right to contact vendors if additional information is required for clarifications as it pertains to this Sources Sought.

All interested vendors will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote, if and when a formal solicitation is issued. Interested vendors must be SAM registered. Please provide your Cage Code, UEI number and TIN number when responding to this notice. Potential offerors may provide a list of capabilities.
