The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the work as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
There is currently no incumbent. This is a new requirement.
