This notice serves to provide notification to all small businesses for the upcoming soliciation for the renovation of building 164 into a Child Development Center and provide all management, personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and trasnportation to and from the job site on Minot AFB, North Dakota.
The magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220 - Commericial and institutional Building Construction. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. The small business size stadard for NAICS 236220 is $45,000,000. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangments, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting office. All amendments will be posted on SAM.gov. Contractors will be solely responsible for ontaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as a Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fized price Contract. Award will be made in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 15.101-1(b)(2), in which technical capability and past performance history, when combined, will be evaluated on a basis significantly more important than price considerations.
Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is at least 15 days after the issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/.
