The 119th Wing in Fargo, ND is seeking small business sources who are authorized distributors/resellers of Pitts Engineering Inc trailers and parts. The 119th Wing possesses a Pitts Engineering Inc. 52 Ton RGN Trailer, Model LB52-24D that may require replacement parts in the near future. The specific parts that may be required are as follows:

MFR P/N: 17-SUB-AA060; DESCRIPTION: Detach Neck Undercarriage

MFR P/N: 17-SUB-AM665; DESCRIPTION: Bare Detach Neck (No cylinders, No lines, No valves)

MFR P/N: 17-SUB-AA024; DESCRIPTION: Pivot Lock Bar

MFR P/N: 17-SUB-AA022; DESCRIPTION: Neck Pivot Pin

MFR P/N: 17-PRT-AA111; DESCRIPTION: RH Load Block Pin

MFR P/N: 17-PRT-AA110; DESCRIPTION: LH Load Block Pin

This is a Sources Sought notice only and preliminary Market Research is being conducted to determine if a pool of small businesses exist who may be able to satisfy this requirement, if and when defined. Along with your response, please provide a capability statement and also identify your firm's CAGE Code and UEI Number.
