United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area: Mandan Regional Airport- Lawler Field
OR

Minimum Contiguous Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000
Maximum Contiguous Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000

Full Term: 5 years
Firm Term: 1 year
Additional Requirements: Hangar may be a private, single-tenant hangar, OR hangar may be a communal hangar in which the Government is and will be the only tenant, OR hangar may be a communal hangar in which all other tenants (and/or future tenants) are Federal or State Government entities. City and/or County Governments are not allowable. Hangar must be heated.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
