Pre-Solicitation

On or about 20 December 2023, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for “Garrison Project Admin and Outside Maintenance Janitorial Cleaning”. The solicitation will close on or about 12 January 2024. The solicitation is Restricted to Small Businesses.

Project Description:

This requirement will be a fixed-price, performance-based service contract to provide all labor, supervision, PPE, supplies, equipment, and transportation for Admin and Outside Maintenance Janitorial at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Garrison Project Office (Administration Building & OM Building).

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 561720 – Janitorial Services
