Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement has additional information included in this notice. The annoucement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued.



Description of Requirements: The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to supply and deliver 600 Net Tons of ND DOT Recycled Concrete (Crushed Concrete) and 1,000 Net Tons of ND DOT Class V Gravel for the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard. Options for additional quantities that may be required prior to September 30, 2023 are also identified.
