PROJECT DETAILS:
This project will consist of roadway reconstruction of 6 miles of the South Unit Scenic Loop Road within Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota. The project includes construction of soldier pile walls at several locations within the 6 miles of roadway to stabilize areas that have failed or currently failing due to poor subgrade conditions. The project also includes lime stabilization of subgrade at multiple locations. The project includes replacement of all existing culverts, drop inlets, and concrete curb and gutter. The project includes paving the entire length with several pullouts and parking areas that include concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk.
