309 1st Ave NE Structure Demolition and Site Restoration Project No. 3755.22

The City of Minot, through the use of State of North Dakota funds, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds, and Department of Housing and Urban Development National Disaster Resilience (NDR) funds, purchased properties that were inundated during the 2011 Souris River Flood and is now seeking a Contractor to demolish structures at 1 property. Basement excavation and site restoration will also be completed.
