The City of Bismarck requests written qualification proposals from interested firms with Marketing/Advertising capabilities for the award of an Adverting Marketing Service Agreement. Services included in the agreement include but are not limited to conducting market research, developing creative products and producing and maintaining a marketing placement strategy for Bismarck Airport. Services shall be provided in accordance with a contract.
