The Bismarck-Mandan MPO is requesting services to complete a study to aid the development of a comprehensive, integrated multi-modal transportation network throughout Bismarck and Mandan. The study will address the transportation needs of all users, including those populations of a traditionally underserved, vulnerable, disabled, or disadvantaged status. It will identify safety, connectivity, and equity concerns and provide recommendations to enhance transportation options for disadvantaged communities relative to the essential services they depend upon.
