The selected system will be one that most closely aligns with the organizational business objectives, best supports the
Human Resource Department, City Departments, and end-users, in addition to providing the best user experience.
The Human Resources (HR) Department utilizes the Oracle Taleo Cloud Service Business Edition to manage the applicant management system. Onboarding, offboarding, and forms management processes are manual. The HR Department recruits for 15 departments. Recruiting generally involves posting for approximately 115 positions and receiving 1,800 applications annually.
